They feature a fast recycle time of under 1.5 seconds for full flash energy, and at minimum power, they can produce a quick flash duration of just 1/2000s (t = 0.1), enabling free shooting during the session. The flash possesses a color temperature of 5600K, which can fluctuate within the limits of ± 200K based on the set flash energy.

System X
The lamp incorporates a System X receiver, allowing for remote flash triggering (up to X-Sync), flash energy regulation, among other things. The lamp can also be connected to trigger devices of other brands via a 3.5 mm Jack socket.
Godox QS300II
The lamp's back panel is uncomplicated and practical, featuring an LCD screen that is easy to read from a wide angle. Beside the screen is a convenient dial for controlling flash output, altering the radio communication channel and the group of lamps. Five buttons located beneath the LCD allow for effortless access to the lamp's numerous settings and functions. The 150 W halogen pilot light can work independently of the flash output with adjustable brightness, or it can mirror the flash energy (proportional). Moreover, it can either be set to turn off automatically during a flash or remain on continuously.
Mount
The lamp is compatible with a vast variety of light modifiers like bowls, softboxes, spotlights, beauty dishes, and others that come with Bowens accessories.
