Yes, all products in our offer are brand new and genuinely original with all boxes and labels.

What methods of payment do you accept?

At Godox Direct shop we accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal and Stripe (Debit/Credit Cards, Bank transfer, PayPal, Link, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Ideal, Sofort). Just choose your payment method and you will be directed to a login screen. Once you have logged in, you will see all your order details and be asked to confirm payment. On confirming payment, you will then be presented with your order confirmation page on godox-direct.co.uk.

How can I place an order?

You can order online at Godox Direct shop simply by clicking the "Add To Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later), then after you need to choose the delivery method and then click on the "Checkout" button. At the checkout page we ask you for your details and once this is completed you will then click the "Proceed to checkout" button which will take you to the "order summary" page. On this page you need to check your order and you can pay for your order easily, securely and quickly via either PayPal or Stripe.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation of your order at any stage prior to dispatch. However, at Godox Direct shop we do out best to to process your order for dispatch to you within 1 working day of receiving it. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, we may have already dispatched your order to you and you may then need to return them to us. In case of wanting to cancel your order before dispatch please contact us directly at sales@godox-direct.co.uk. To cancel an order after delivery you are obliged to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your order also at sales@godox-direct.co.uk.

Do prices ar Godox Direct include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT at 20 %. You will not get charged any extra taxes when you checkout but the VAT that you will pay is itemised separately for your convenience.

Does the delivery have to be signed-for?

The deliveries will not require a signature. Larger items will go via a tracked carrier service. All goods that are sent via carrier will require a signature on delivery to comply with the carriers insurance policy and PayPal's anti-fraud policy. Please do not request your order be left without a signature, as unfortunately, we are unable to comply under any circumstance.

How much does delivery cost?

We use two different carries. Royal Mail parcels cost always £6.99 while Hermes' £15.99.

When can I expect my order?

At Godox Direct we endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt on working days (Monday-Friday). No orders are dispatched at Weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders are normally sent by either Royal Mail oraz Hermes, which means most customers will receive there order within minimum three working days from dispatch (max. 4), excluding weekends, however (in some locations deliveries are possible at Weekends). To have more details about your delivery and to track your parcel, please click the link you received via email that will follow you up to a carrier's tracking system.

What if my delivery contains damaged goods?

All of our products are brand new, inspected prior dispatch and packaged extremely well for shipping to ensure your total satisfaction. If you notice prior to signing for your order that there is damage to the goods then you are within your right to refuse the delivery. If you sign-for the goods and notice damage prior to opening the parcel then please contact us at sales@godox-direct.co.uk immediately with as much detail as possible. If you have the possibility to take a photo of the damage then please attach an image of this to your email.

Can you deliver to any address?

We can only deliver to the name and address you have provided in order details in the section delivery address. This is to ensure we remain eligible against fraud under the PayPal or Stripe anti-fraud insurance scheme.

Do you have a returns policy?

The consumer is expected to return the item promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date of contract termination. To meet this deadline, the consumer should ensure the item is returned before the time expires. The store holds the right to withhold the refund until the item is received or until proof of its return is provided, whichever comes first.

Upon contract termination, the store pledges to refund all payments no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the contract termination notice. The store will use the same method of payment initially used during the transaction for the refund.

The store commits to refund the product's value and delivery cost to the customer. However, the cost of returning the item to the store under the contract termination clause will be the customer's responsibility.

How much time do I have to return the product?

Under the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the consumer reserves the right to rescind the contract within a 14-day timeframe without providing any reason. To enact this right, the consumer must notify the store with a clear declaration of intent to rescind the contract. To ensure the deadline is met, the consumer must send the withdrawal notice before the end of the 14-day period. The Store will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice.

What if I had a complaint?

We are determined to provide the easiest and best way to buy, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at Godox Direct shop. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience of shopping with us, please tell us by email providing as much detail as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and will do our very best to resolve it as speedily as possible.

Those sent outside our working hours will be answered also as fast as we can the moment we start our work the next working day. We ensure you to get back to you with an answer to any question or request within 24 hours any working day since we had read it.
