Compatibility
When it comes to Compatibility, this flash device matches with Canon/Nikon/Sony/Olympus/Fuji X automatic flash metering system (with corresponding Godox triggers). Its TTL automation delivers effortless flash lighting even under light conditions that are constantly changing.
System X
Included in it is the System X which is a built-in Godox X System receiver. This receiver makes it possible to utilize all the significant features of the flash. These features include the HSS mode, remote control of flash power, and changing the flash mode. You can adjust the flash power within the range of 1-1/128.
Power supply
The Power supply consists of a high-power lithium battery (14.4 V / 2900 mAh) that can discharge up to 500 flashes at its highest power, with a quick flash ready time ranging from 0.01- 2.1 seconds.
Flash heads
An innovative feature of this device is its Flash heads. The Godox AD200 TTL flash comes with interchangeable flash heads. The first flash head is just like the ones found in conventional speedlites, with added LED modeling light. This makes it exceptional as a powerful outdoor light or a counter light source. The secondary head is a studio-type which allows you to attach specific light modifiers, delivering softer and more pleasant light for model photography.
Double power
You also have the Double power option where you can combine two AD200s into a single flash unit with 400 Ws power and a Bowens type accessory mount. To use this feature you need an additional bracket (AD-B2).
Advanced features
The Advanced features of AD200 include extremely short flash durations (up to 1/11,300s), stable flash color temperature (5600K±200K) and flexibility to shoot in Manual, Multi (strobe) or TTL mode.
